Return Policy

All sales are final. As a small business, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges, but we genuinely want you to love your Sticker Patches.

Something wrong with your order?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at info@newnewpatch.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if you can. We'll review everything carefully and do our best to find a solution.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it'll be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take a little extra time to process it on their end. Still waiting after 15 business days? Drop us a line.
